Currently, she is CEO of DALTA, an organization that focuses on the restoration of youth rights and social inclusion through an educational service in e-learning and m-learning. Her work seeks to transform education in Colombia, offering an innovative and flexible service that allows students to obtain a certified academic bachelor's degree. Lesly promotes education as a driver of economic development, innovation and social cohesion, and collaborates with institutions to support vulnerable people out of school.
